Sarah founded Blues in 1978 and has worked in a wide range of fields, from teaching at the Cordon Bleu School, director’s lunches and writing cookery books. Sarah judges at The Great Taste Awards and continues to be actively involved in the running of Blues as well as maintaining a good relationship with the cookery schools. Her favourite cookery styles are vegan and Asian.
HR Director & Payroll Coordinator
Cathy joined Blues in 1989 after a career in Australia, working for Myer as an Accounts and Payroll Administrator. After joining Blues, she completed a three-month cookery course at Leiths. Cathy has developed a wonderful working relationship with all our clients and candidates and brings an unflappable approach to a busy office.
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Martha graduated with a BA Hons in English. She then joined Le Cordon Bleu London where she worked closely with the students and teachers for five years. Her passion for travel and food has led her to enjoy a range of cuisines, from French to Middle Eastern.
Iona graduated with a BA Hons in Sociology and then completed a cookery course which she put to good use working for private clients abroad and for a variety of catering companies in London. Iona loves to travel around Europe and enjoys Mediterranean style food.
Annabel has cooked for private clients in shooting lodges, chalets and families. Annabel enjoys cooking seasonal and sustainable British produce, the farm to table concept is at the forefront of her cooking style.
