We have a Sous Chef Job for a specialist event catering and party design company based in SW London. The right candidate will be creative, ideas focused and willing to push boundaries and learn new methods and skills. Reliability, flexibility with hours, a hard working attitude and proactivity are all key characteristics for candidates interested in this role. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have strong communication skills being able to work well in a team, as well as autonomously, managing their time independently but also overseeing the work of their team. Along with working on events, a key element of the role is cooking and presenting tastings to clients and working closely with the Executive Head Chef, Head Chef and the rest of the brigade to develop and action new food concepts. Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30, with evenings and weekends when required, which are paid at an hourly overtime. Package: 20 days holiday for the first two years, and then one day for every year that they have worked up to 25 days.
