We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to work for a thriving start up pasta restaurant and bakery in Hackney. The sous chef will be working alongside the head chef planning seasonal and creative menu’s. You will be preparing fresh handmade pasta daily and working in all sections of the kitchen to support the current close knit growing team. The ideal candidate will have a willing attitude, have a good understanding of working in restaurants and happy to take direction providing creative input as and where required.
