We have taken in a unique sous chef position on a beautiful public estate and nature reserve in Kent. The sous chef will need to accompany the head chef in providing lunch and dinner for up to 24 guests 5 days/week. Their preferred style is wholesome, organic and honest cooking executed to a high standard. The nature reserve is wild and raw so the food should reflect this. The ideal candidate will have some past restaurant experience and able to manage cooking for high numbers independently. You will have a KP and amazing FOH team to assist you as and when required.
