We have taken in a permanent job for a sous chef at a small Brasserie Restaurant in Fulham. It is a brand new restaurant opening up and they are looking for an excellent sous chef to work alongside the two head chefs and kitchen porter. The ideal candidate will be confident cooking meat and fish. It is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved with the business in the early stages and have an impactful role in the team. As the sous chef you will need to work 50 hours a week, either single or double shifts.
