A client is looking for a chef to cook at their estate in Hampshire over the weekends. You will be cooking for between 2 – 8 people from Friday evening through to Monday lunch. The ideal candidate needs to have at least 2 years experience cooking for private clients and a real passion for using the best possible produce with seasonality being at the core of their menu’s. It is imperative that the chef gets on well with the other household staff and utilises the facilities on the estate such as the vegetable garden which the Gardener manages. A 3 bedroom house is provided for you on the estate and if you are happy to travel with the client to their chalet in Switzerland then this is a bonus.
