We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic head chef to run an in house café for an interiors company in west London. The chef will be required to cook a fresh, seasonal and a very healthy lunch each day. This will involve preparing a fresh soup, main course and pudding as well as some salad and sandwich options. This role would suit a foodie who has a sous chef background and a passion for healthy eating whilst also possessing great attention to quality coupled with beautiful presentation. This role involves running the kitchen, preparing menus with an emphasis on seasonality, whilst meeting high standards of food hygiene and handling paperwork, such as ordering, invoicing and cashing up. As this is a customer facing role, serving both our head office staff and visitors, a positive and outgoing disposition is essential along with excellent spoken English. The hours are 7.30am to 2.30pm (days to be discussed as there may be scope to job share) and flexibility would be required to provide extra support at events.
