An UHNW client is looking for a superb chef for their 91m super yacht. The right candidate will have a varied culinary background and ideally yacht experience. The client enjoys light Mediterranean style food and you will be cooking for up to 12 guests at a time as well as the crew, for 2 – 3 meals a day. The chef will be expected to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and listen carefully to what the client’s requests are each week. There is no budget to consider when designing menus and it is really important that the chef keeps the galley impeccable at all times. A private cabin with a double bed is provided.
