We have taken in an exciting job for someone who is looking to start their career in hospitality. Our client is looking for someone to work as part of a team to provide an efficient administration service, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all tasks. Duties will be varied, including being responsible for sorting through mail both internally and externally, arranging deliveries, helping with printer services and photocopying and assisting the Front of House team with the setting up of meeting rooms and maintaining stock levels in all kitchens. There will be other general administrative tasks as and when required.
This is a Monday-Friday role and hours will be 9am-5:30pm (flexibility required). This role would suit someone who is either a first jobber, or ideally who some experience in a similar office job. You must have a strong work ethic, be reliable and have a positive attitude. Basic IT skills are essential, and you must enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to work independently using initiative and the ability to prioritise work. The client is looking for a friendly individual who is confident and it is worth noting that the job involves high volumes of manual handling duties.
