We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced chef to cook for a Scottish Estate’s guesthouse near Inverness from late June until early October. You will be required to provide breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner with canapes each day for between 8-18 guests, and will liaise with the gardener and their established network of suppliers when it comes to ordering and menu planning. The successful candidate will be flexible, willing, unflappable and passionate about using fresh local seasonal produce. There is a separate self-contained staff flat and an automatic car to use when working. The estate is fully staffed, so you will have help in the kitchen with washing up and plating.
