Head Chef for Public Estate and Nature Reserve. Start ASAP.

We have taken in a unique head chef position on a beautiful public estate and nature reserve in Kent. The head chef will need to provide lunch and dinner for up to 24 guests 5 days/week. The preferred style of food is wholesome, organic, fresh meals cooked to a high standard. The nature reserve is wild and raw so the meals should reflect this. The ideal candidate will have had some past restaurant experience and able to manage cooking for high numbers independently. You will have a KP and amazing FOH team to assist you as and when required. Shared accommodation provided on site.
