This is a lovely job cooking for six adults and four children (ages 3-10 years old) over Easter in Cornwall. The cook will be responsible for menu planning, shopping and cooking breakfast, lunch, kids supper and a three course dinner daily. The client is looking for relaxed family food during the day and for the kids tea, and something with a bit more upmarket and plated for the adults dinner. Lunches will be quiches, salads etc and occasionally you will be required to pack a picnic lunch for the group to take to the beach. They love Ottolenghi style food, with lots of local, fresh and seasonal produce. The ideal cook will be confident, flexible and friendly and must be happy to muck in as and where needed with clearing up/running errands etc. Accommodation is provided and a driver is essential.
