Our client is looking for a chef for their private house in Ascot for approximately 4 months of the year, and then up to a further 3 months of the year working at their house in France. The Principle’s schedule is subject to change with little notice, so they require a flexible and adaptable chef who is down to earth and discrete.
You will be cooking for anything between 1-10 people each day breakfast, lunch and dinner. You must have plenty of imagination when creating lovely home cooked dishes to a high standard, and must also be well versed cooking for various dietary requirements. Experience in cooking interesting vegan food is essential.
This could suit either one or two chefs who could job share throughout the year. You must have a can-do attitude, and the ability to handle last minute changes. The client is looking for someone who can work independently, as well as fitting into their small and supportive team. You must be a driver.
