We have a fantastic job for a experienced chef for three weeks over the summer. Guest numbers will vary throughout but will be between ten – eighteen guests, so previous experience cooking for large numbers is necessary. Responsibilities will include shopping and keeping the kitchen well stocked, preparing a large buffet lunch and a more formal three course dinner each day. The family enjoy a well-balanced diet, using fresh seasonal produce. The local village is nearby and hypermarket is only ten minute drive away. Accommodation is provided and a basic understanding of French would be helpful but not essential. Must be a confident driver.
